Notes: Another transfer from a VHS I got from Andre Fantarrow - lo gen, not sure how low - not from betty07.

Audence recording from a reasonably central position, middle ground in terms of closeness to the stage.  Respectable picture - bit grainy, but intelligent use of filming the big screen from time to time.

So what makes this one special?  For those of you not already in the know, this is the gig where the sound balance wasn't right in David's earpiece.  At first, everything going OK.  We then become aware of the problem as he asks the sound crew to boost his voice.  Then he stops the gig until they fix it.  By Station To Station, he's losing his voice.  Three minutes it, he cuts the song and throws an absolute Benny, culminating in him throwing his guitar into the wings (can't see if it's just a huff, or if he's throwing it at someone).  All in all, a massively entertaining gig, for all the wrong reasons.  The highlight is at 50:33...

Audio is lined up for HG6, by the way.

And late news.  It's my birthday on Monday, so stand by for one of the Bowie "apocrypha".  Cheesy
