Comments: Recorded from the Mezzanine, right section, 4th row. The recording sounds nice. This was my first time seeing Heart in concert. The only issue was the drunk women a few seats to my left. Fortunately, you can't really hear them much on the recording, but they showed up five minutes after the show started, and then decided to get up and walk in front everybody in the row four more times during the show. The only time you can really hear this on the recording is during "Mona Lisa and Mad Hatters" when they insisted on apologizing to every person in the row. There are also a couple screams during "Alone". They then proceeded to take selfies with each other. Luckily there was someone sitting between me and them, so they didn't ruin the recording. I just wonder sometimes if people realize how annoying they are being. The show was good, but I was just wondering why a band with so much material felt the need to play five different cover songs. As this was my first Heart concert, there are a ton of other songs I would have loved to hear. Oh well, I did enjoy what they did play!

Description:
Received in a tape trade many years ago, this is a pretty good sounding show from the '78 tour.  The Bowie Concert Tapes book does not mention this tape so I believe it surfaced later.  It's really clear at least to my ears, not a lot of hiss on this show.  For description purposes, in the first set Fame is cut in half, Beauty and the Beast is missing altogether.  The second set is intact including the Band Intros, and for encores there is only TVC-15, meaning no Rebel Rebel or Stay. The transfer is raw, it would seem maybe a few songs are slow.  I really couldn't figure it out as I bounced around, as Bowie's voice sounds in tune, but the tempos are a bit slower.  From the Blackout archives.
