Subtitled "Live Outside the French Quarter" presents us a complete show from the 1993 (not '94 as stated on the cover) Elemental Tour, recorded in New Orleans at the State Palace Theater on November 15th '93 according to a tour itinerary I found. This is one of a few Tears For Fears Silver bootleg CDs around and it is also the only excellent recording from the whole tour.
